Trina Hare- Licensed Executive Assistant
Trina Hare, licensed since 2004, has been working on Parmis' team for 5 years as a Licensed Executive Assistant. She has been Parmis' "Right-hand gal" handling all aspects of her business from bank-owned properties, short sales, and high-end Luxury homes. Over the last 6 months she has been "telecommuting" from her home office in the Seattle, WA area and is still able to handle each client as if she was still in Roseville/Granite Bay.
Dan Stergar
Dan Stergar has been in the real estate industry for the past 10 years. He started his real estate career working for Fidelity National Title as a customer service rep. After only a few months he realized that interacting with people was his strong point and soon after was out doing sales for the title company. After only his second year in sales he was named to the Presidents Club, an achievement for top sales reps within the company. After being in the title industry Dan realized that he wanted to try something new within real estate and decided to get his RE sales license. For the past couple years Dan has been working with REO properties, short sales, along with buyers and sellers.
Dan brings his marketing background and his ability to listen and learn a client’s needs to Parmis Properties. He also shares many of the same beliefs as Parmis when it comes to taking care a client’s needs. “I try and listen to every detail of what a client is telling me so I don’t miss anything when searching their perfect home”. His “client comes first” mentality will be an asset to the team. When not selling real estate you can usually catch Dan in the evenings courtside at either a Sacramento Kings or Golden State Warriors home game. He takes photos for both teams as an assistant to the team photographer. He’s been doing that for the past 10+ seasons and still enjoys it as if it were his first!
